Emails and texts may be very convenient but I think nothing tells someone you care more than a letter written in your own handwriting. Same for birthday wishes - a pretty card signed and sent by you through the post says more than an electronic card seen over a cold computer screen. Sadly, hand written letters are fast becoming a thing of the past.
