I was watching a video clip the other day about an 81 year old woman from China who gets up every day at 5 a.m. to exercise. She does push ups, rolls and jumps about like an 18 year old. I must say she earned my utmost respect and admiration. Why? In the first place, I can't get up at that unearthly hour and in the second place, I wouldn't be able to do all she did without breaking a leg or something. When I was working, the only exercise I did was walking from the car park to the office and back. After I retired, the only exercise I did was walking around the market and shopping malls. My sis thinks that I should exercise my brain less and exercise my body more. Perhaps she has a point there?

The haze in my hometown reached its peak yesterday. Visibility was very poor and I had to wear a mask over my nose when I went out. ...
