My poor 87 year old aunt has taken a bad beating from the haze. She was sneezing and coughing the other day when I visited her. Her face was red and puffy and water was coming out from her eyes. I offered to do her shopping for her but she stubbornly refused my help. What a admirable woman! She, like my mum, belongs to that old breed of "toughies" who are fiercely independent and will rather "do" and "die". I could hear her sneezing as I got into my car. God bless you, Aunty and good luck!
