The heat continues. I try to do all my chores in the morning when it's cooler and stay in after 12 p.m. I drink lots of water and remembering Mum's advice, also take herbal preparations to cool down the system. I feel sorry for those construction workers and others who have to toil under the scorching sun every day. May God protect them.
