Happy New Year

It seems that I got off on the wrong footing this new year. Apart from coming down with flu, I also left my car/house keys in the Grab car I was travelling in when I went to see the doc!  After the initial panic, I contacted the Grab centre and was told that my keys had been returned by the driver of the car to their centre.  Of course I rushed to collect them and I must congratulate Grab for being so efficient in tracing my keys.  As if that's not enough, I received a couple of scam calls in the next few days and was advised by friends to lodge a report with the Police.  It appears that I'm one of the many victims of this vicious circle of swindlers and if these calls continue to come in, I shall soon make many friends at the Police Station!  Oh well, that's life.  I'm not letting myself think of what's coming next ....
