I have lately taken to walking in a park near my house. It is small and shady with nicely done footpaths and best of all, not many people frequent it. After all those long months in the house with very little space for exercise, it certainly does feel good to stretch my legs and wake them up from hibernation. It is said that good things come to those who sweat. So I must make sure I huff and puff at least two or three times a week. After all this body is the only one I have and I must treat it the best I can!
