I'm not sure why we should scare ourselves once everyday but taking that literally, here are a few suggestions to give you some palpitations:
Go see a dentist
Sit in a crowded room without a mask on
Eat a plate of live earthworms
Look in the mirror first thing in the morning
Imagine a spider crawling up your arm
Listen to your heartbeat
Ride a roller coaster
If all that is not scary enough, visit a haunted house or try bangee jumping!
