I have yet to come across someone who can truthfully say he doesn't have any worries at all. Worry is like a leech. Once it attaches itself to you, it's difficult to get rid of it. My 87 year old aunt says that whenever she has a problem, she curls up and goes to sleep. When she wakes up, the problem seems to have vanished or diminished in strength. Sometimes she even forgets what she was worrying about! But how many of us can afford to go to sleep in the middle of the day?
