My mouse fell sick for a couple of days last week. It could do a moderately fast sprint and a sprightly right click but could not manage a left click. So in the end I brought it back to the shop but was furious when they said it could not be exchanged for a new one. They spun a story about having to send it back to the supplier, blah, blah, blah, and that would take at least a month before they could come back to me. I had no choice but to buy a new mouse - from another shop of course. I'm still hopping mad with those people in the shop .....!
