The husband of a friend of mine just turned 84. Wow, what a grand old age to be! And he's still moving around, travelling here and there, though of course a little more slowly now. Frankly I can't imagine myself reaching that age Mum was also very sprightly when she was in her eighties. She was seldom sick and was always on the go. Maybe that's the secret of a long life - being "always on the go"....?
