The haze in my hometown reached its peak yesterday. Visibility was very poor and I had to wear a mask over my nose when I went out. Last night there was heavy rain but conditions have improved only slightly. It looks like the haze is here to stay! Here's one way to beat the haze and keep healthy - drink plenty of water or you could try chrysanthemum tea boiled with rock sugar or barley boiled with sugar and a little ginger to ease irritation. Avoid going outdoors unnecessarily. Good luck!
