Have you ever taken time to stop and refresh? Maybe not, well, neither have I. Unfortunately for most of us, we stomp our way through life, our unfeeling and insensitive feet leaving stressful and anxious footprints on the beautiful green earth underneath. We're always in a hurry .... hold it! It is time to stop and refresh before it's too late. Thich Nhat Hanh wrote:"Walk like you're kissing the earth with your feet." So next time you go to the park or the gardens, do what this wise Vietnamese monk said and feel the difference!
