Just when we thought we could get a decent haircut, the top guns have rescinded their decision to allow hair salons to operate and so we ladies are stuck with our untidy locks. But instead of grumbling, why not look on the bright side - here's a chance to go back to the swinging sixties and tie our hair in a pony tail or how about a French pleat at the back of the head?
