Happy Mother's Day

I was talking to my aunt over the phone the other day when she suddenly paused and said,  "You know, you sound just like your mother. "  I was quite startled as no one had told me that before and I wondered  whether I should take it as a compliment.  Then again, if everytime I open my mouth and my mother comes out, it would be rather scary.  No offence meant, Mum, if you're reading this.  Happy Mother's Day!   If only I could send a bouquet of roses to you in heaven ...
