I just met our new neighbours, a young couple with two small kids. After a brief "getting to know you" conversation, I discovered that the wife is a florist and will be working from home. I couldn't help thinking how much better it would be if she ran a bakery - I would have plenty of fresh bread and pastries right at my doorstep! Haha!
