This is ramen cooked in a savoury soup with egg and slices of pork for garnishing. We also ordered a side dish of "choy sum". The ramen was okay but the pork slices were a little hard and needed extra chewing! Think I'll stick to "Koay Teow Th'ng" if I go there again. Incidentally the shop sells some nice herbal jelly which my sweet tooth always insists that I buy whenever I go there!
