This cute little sponge cake is 100% vegetarian, meaning it was made without eggs. Vegetarian cakes tend to be a little dry because of the absence of eggs but still, they are good to eat. I found it in my usual vegetarian outlet which has a regular supply of vegetarian cakes, biscuits, buns, bread and pastries and they're all sold out by late morning! If I keep going there, I'm going to put on weight in no time!
