I was at a food court in town for lunch today and saw one of my old favourites - Claypot Chicken Rice - which is something I haven't taken for a long time. It came piping hot in a claypot (of course) and I found that apart from chicken, there were generous bits of salted fish and Chinese sausage. Unfortunately I didn't find it as good as I expected it to be, maybe my taste buds have gone awry but nevertheless it was a good, solid lunch. May come here again to try other food!
