I'm at the moment on an exercise streak. Having been nagged by my sis that I don't have enough exercise, I am at last making an effort to be fit. I have been taking brisk walks round my area this past week (not too early of course) and sometimes down to the village nearby where I have a light breakfast and then walk back. There is a small park near my house with four fitness machines - you can swing, pedal, slide or just roll in the grass. I think I shall stick to walking. It's safer and I get to meet nice old men with walking sticks who wish me a cheerful "Good Morning" as we pass each other!
