It's "Pasembur" for lunch today! This Malaysian-Indian salad is a great favourite with the family. It consists mainly of turnip, cucumber, bean sprouts, bean curd, prawn fritters and potatoes with options like octopus, sausages, boiled egg, to name a few. Eaten with a sweet and spicy nutty sauce, it makes a hearty lunch. Some stalls have a wide variety of tempting items to choose from and often one gets carried away and end up with a hefty bill!
