I have read so much about the benefits of walking, so I'm trying to make it a part of my daily morning routine. I enjoy the cool air and the things I see on the way... nice flowers, a friendly dog, a pretty bird, happy joggers. It's true, an early morning walk is quite invigorating They say it does "something" for you, it clears your mind, makes you feel better - but then they didn't say anything about an increase in appetite. I seem to be eating a bigger breakfast now than before! Looks like if I want to stay healthy, I'll have to get fat as well!
