It always takes something to happen before something is done to prevent something from happening! A recent incident - when a huge tree suddenly fell and killed an innocent bystander and damaged a number of cars - and that explains why there is suddenly an army of city council workers chopping down branches of trees in our area and towing them away in huge trucks. So during this rainy season, to be on the safe side, steer clear of driving in tree lined roads or parking under a tree - you never know what's going to fall on you!
