I drove downtown this morning and whilst waiting at the traffic lights, I was amused to see that the car in front of me bore the number plate "RAT xxx". Is the driver a rat in the Chinese horoscope or a rat as in hateful, deceitful, double crossing individual, I thought, laughing to myself. I would indeed like to meet the owner of this car to satisfy my curiosity!
