Achoo!

Never get stressed is my advice to everyone.  It lowers your immune system and you are an easy target for wicked little viruses lurking in the air.  Unfortunately I have not been able to defend myself against them and today I am down with a sore throat, a cold and a fever.  Achoo! Sorry, excuse me ....  Oh how I hate having to take antibiotics and paracetamol.   Achoo!  There I ago again....oh dear, better sign off before those germs get to you ....
