Today we had lunch at a noodle shop. We ordered Premium Dry Beehoon (top) amd Dry Lamian (right) as well as a side dish of steamed chicken. The beehoon came with a little bowl of fish ball soup. Not bad for a simple lunch. It was interesting to note from the menu that the founder of the shop came from Puning City, Guangdong Province, China and started business here in 1956. The shop we went to had a new design concept and is computerised. Prices are reasonable and I wouldn't mind going there again!
Oh, I forgot to add, we finished off with Ginseng Chrysanthemum Jelly - very nice and not too sweet.
