I was horrified to read again of yet another incident where a couple of tourists fell off a cliff because they were so engrossed in taking selfies. My dears, if you really must take a selfie on the edge of a cliff, then please be careful! I know, I know, you want your friends to see you with that gorgeous mountain view and the setting (or rising) sun behind you but first say a prayer, then tie yourselves to a nearby tree or rock. Or wouldn't it be safer if you just ask someone to take a photo for you? I must admit I've been considering buying a selfie stick myself but now I'm having second thoughts .....!
