A friend recently told me that in these challenging times, I should try laughter therapy to manage stress, anxiety, even insomnia. While I personally feel there's little to laugh about these days, I decided to take her advice. I have been watching short funny cat videos where cats say "I Love You" or sing a nursery rhyme. Surprisingly I did have a good laugh, thanks to all those cute little felines! The experts also tell you, apart from splitting your sides with laughter, to get moving for both physical and mental wellbeing. It may be a form of exercise or a hobby and if at times you still don't feel ok, then you tell yourself it's alright, it's ok not to be ok, so long as you can still walk, talk, sleep (and eat) like a normal human being. So have fun everyone!
