I found a spot under the spreading branches of this beautiful tree this morning in the Botanical Gardens and watched the world go by. When you're feeling sluggish or lethargic, a walk outside breathing in the fresh air can do wonders for the mind and body. Nature has often been said to be the best teacher, and so she is. Someone also said, "There's no Wifi in the forest but you'll find a better connection". I couldn't agree more!
